Do Regularise Cricket speculation!!!

Todays afternoon, we shall play cricket one day match with Sri Lanka and once again, million speculations willbe played on it!!! which everybody knows well!!!  But strong caution is there for no certainity of favoured result! many a time match was drawn to DRAW!!! and moreover, once invested in crickrt speculation you may loose or win, but no firtm invesment is over there! AND CRICKET SPECULATION IS UNDER CRIME!!!   Where as in SHARE MARKET INVESTMENTS it is regarded OFFICIAL and investments in bluechip shares, may give you excellent returns within 3 to 5 years!!! But... unfortunately, more specutions are made on cricket match only!!!  Hence, why our Govt not regulise Cricket Speculation in to earn up excellent, sound revenues from it???
