SPOILING FOOD GRAINS TO BE DISTRIBUTED IF NOT WELL PRESERVED

Recently Hon. Supreme Court Ordered to freely distribute up Food grains which are to get spoiled, to the poor ones, if the Govt. has no preservations godowns!   At which, Pawar Saheb earnestly replied... It was mere advise not an order!!!   But, this well shown the improper maintenance of food grains & public distribution system of the Govt, which is much ashamed & regretted! As many more comman men are affected of poverty & constant hike prices forces to sleep without night eatings.   whereas the Govt. does not have proper godowns into well maintain food grains!!!
