an unwritten custom of curruption shall be ever abolished?

we all hate curruption, as nobody likes to pay undertable to get his work done! but...curruption has become an unwritten custom for us all!!! only to hate curruption is not the way to get abolished, our inner feelings to be awakened of, not to give & accept UNDERTABLE GIFTS otherwise we may suffer more of curruptions!!!
